The Netmail system is provided to allow email communication between staff and students for educational purposes only. There is a mailbox size limit of 50Mb. You are responsible for maintaining your mailbox. A guide on how to use student email is available. Email will be deleted, and NOT archived, other than by the user, at the end of each academic year.
By logging onto Netmail system you are agreeing to abide by the College Student Email Policy. Briefly, students should not publish their email addresses in the public domain (e.g. social networking websites, chat rooms etc), send emails that may bring the name of the College into disrepute, send emails of an offensive nature or chain emails. All student email should not be considered private as all college email services are subject to being monitored by the college ICT dept.
